Mr. Vedella is an Associate with Torque Capital Group where he is focused on sourcing, evaluating, executing, and monitoring investments in middle market companies. Previously, Mr. Vedella worked as an Analyst in the Investment Banking Division at Jefferies LLC in New York City, focusing on mergers & acquisitions, debt financings and equity raises for public and private companies. Mr. Vedella is also a registered and licensed CPA. 

Mr. Vedella graduated from the University of Buffalo where he majored in accounting.
